I would like to comment about few Restaurant and hangout in Bangalore. All the opinion are
personal. I am not mentioning star hotels in the list. I have commented on the
restaurant which I have visited.
Note: To start with I am a pure Vegetarian so my likes and dislikes will
be biased to this factor.
Hotels for Lunch / Dinner:
 | Brindvan - MG Road : Good
vegetarian lunch chapathis over here are great. Unlimited chapatis, rice even
papad too. |
| MTR - Mavalli: Good meal place, lot of verities unlimited,
quality is too good. Feels like sleeping after meal. |
| Balal - Residency road : Good quality meals with poori. |
| Inchara - JP nagar: Bar attached restaurant, good for dinners
nice ambiance. |
| Aroma of China - Richmod circle : Good chines restaurant. |
| Palm grove - Residency road: Only vegetarian bar and restaurant
I have gone till day, good food. This is inside Balal restaurant. |
| Samarkand - Near Safina Plaza: Good afkani food, nice
ambiance. |
| Inswing - Banashankari : Good north Indian food. |
| Holiday Village - Kanakapura road: Good north Indian food,
live Gazalls at night, nice place to hang out for dinner. |
| Uttar Karanataka Specility - NR Colony: Good akki (rice ), jola (Jowar)
rotis with curry. Take parcle and eat at home. Good chapatis and snacks too. |
| Ace Iyengar - 9th block Jayanagar: Good food sold at rate per kilo.
Better to take parcel in your own container. Very economical |
| Boby da Daba - Ulsoor: A vegetarian Dhaba, good for hot parota's,
pulkas, yellow dal, butter milk |

| Vidhyarthi Bavan - Gandhi Bazar: Very good Masala dosa, unique kind
of it. |
| SLV - Banashankari: Good for soft idlies. |
| Veena Stores - Malleshwaram : Good for very soft idlies and
chutney. |
| Brahmin Coffee bar: Good for very soft idlies, karabath, chutney. |
| SLV - 9th block, Jayanagar: Good for rava idli, set dosas. |
| Adigas - 4th block & 7th block, Jayanagar: Good for rava idli,
other south indian dishes are also good. |
| Pani puri cart at Ashoka piller : Good tasty masal puri. |
| Pani puri cart opp to Sheshadripuram School : Good snacks. |
| Pani puri & bajji cart at 7th block Govt hospital: Good Masalpuri,
good capcicum bajji. |
| Bhel puri cart in front of Vijay Junior collage 4th block Jayanagar
: Very good tamoto masala, bhel puri, etc. |
| Anand sweets in Kormangala: Good chat place. |
| Karanataka Bhel in Chamrajpet : Good for masal puri and bhel puri. |
| Cart selling Dosa, Idli in 2nd block Jayanagar: Good masala idli,
dosa's service to vehicle. |
| Bengal sweets - Banashankri Complex: Good hot samosa's,
kachoris, jelabis. |
